Service and Support

Warranty

We grant a warranty of 2 years for the instrument and 6 month for the probes. During this time, repairs are free of charge (damages caused by improper handling excluded).

Maintenance

The TK04 thermal conductivity meter, probes and other hardware items are maintenance-free.

Technical Support

Prices include a support period of 10 years for hardware setup, software installation and operation.

Software Updates

We constantly improve the TK04 software. We correct reported bugs, we regularly add new features requested by our customers or developed in our own testing laboratory, and we adapt the software to new Windows versions. Updates are free of charge.

Replacement parts, repairs and options

All hardware components are available separately for replacing defect items or for upgrading an existing TK04 system. Out-of-warranty repairs are priced moderately.
